ECO4 Scheme & Installation Update Following the Government’s decision to bring the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) scheme to a close, Borthwick Group has now closed its installation division and will no longer be undertaking ECO4 installations. After many years delivering energy efficiency and heating measures under government-funded schemes, we would like to thank all of our customers, employees, contractors and partners who have supported us throughout this period. Our installation operations have now ceased.
